I wanted to try some Energy work, so I came to see Kat.  To tell you the truth, I didn't really think I would benefit much out of this type of treatment.  I was proven wrong.

I wanted to feel "energized" for a game I was playing that night.  During my session, I felt pretty relaxed (probably dozed off a few times.) Once Kat was finished with me and I got up from the table, I felt like I was just radiating energy or glowing.  During my game, I took my regular shifts, but I really didn't feel exhausted or tired.

I found this to be a POWERFUL experience and I would recommend anyone to try a session with Kat.  Thanks Kat.

I have been using Flower Essences for a long time. When I went to see Pamela Alexander at Prema Sai I learned that I would have my own personalized Flower Essence made for me. Pamela was really friendly and patient. Going through the many different flowers was much harder than I thought it would be. Once I had "found" my flowers, I was amazed at how she could tell me so much about me. The reading helped me to understand more deeply where I'm at in my life, and helped show me which direction would be the best for me to move into. The Flower Essence worked amazingly for me. I made real changes in my life path with the help of Pamela Alexander and the Flower Essences. I'm so thankful for her help.

It was my first acupuncture treatment, ever, and I was a bit nervous.  Don made me feel comfortable and relaxed.   After we talked about how I was feeling and what I was dealing with, he gave me a headset with stereo sound meditation tones and allowed me to drift off as he applied the needles.   I was brave and found them to be quite comfortable after the initial slight poke, if any.  Don never left the room as he worked with my energy (chi) during the treatment, tuning the pins and opening the pathways.  I felt at ease to let my energy shift as needed.   He worked in several areas to balance me out and afterwards I felt great, euphoric almost! Rested and light.   Over the next couple of days I was able to identify and deal with the initial problem better.   I would recommend this experience again and again!   Thanks Don!!
