Online Store Policies
Online Ordering
(24 hours a day, 7 days a week): Ordering online is safe, easy and convenient. Once you have decided upon a product or products, simply click on the "add to cart" button. When you are done shopping, fill out all billing and shipping information and then submit your form. Although you can order 24/7, we ship every Monday and Thursday.
Methods of Payment
You can pay online with VISA or MASTERCARD. We also accept phone orders using a VISA or MASTERCARD. If an order is placed over the phone we will also accept cheque or money order. If cheque or money order is the chosen method of payment, product ill be shipped upon receipt of payment. Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars.
Sales Tax (GST)
Canadian GST will be collected on all orders being shipped to addresses in Canada.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Our standard shipping method is via Canada Post but we also ship with Purolator on request. We try to ship as fast as we can (no more than a few days), but when we are experiencing a shortage, shipping might take longer.
Customers Shipping to Canada
If your order is to be shipped to Canada, you must pay your order in Canadian dollars and the following shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order.
Recycled Packaging
In keeping with our commitment to clean up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our store. Although we strive to use material that is 100% recycled, it is not always possible to obtain, in which case we use the highest recycled content available at the time of shipment.
Returns
Because we want you to be happy with each and every purchase, you may return any item you purchased from Prema Sai Wholistic Living for a full refund of applicable charges within 30 days of the date of invoice, provided the items are in original new condition with all materials, paperwork, and accessories intact. Items that are broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, unless we sent you the wrong item in error. Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any damaged or missing items should be reported to Prema Sai Wholistic Living immediately. All goods held by the customer for more than 30 days cannot be returned. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We sincerely want you to be happy with the items you purchase at Prema Sai Online each and every time. If you have any problems with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Issuance of Credit
If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by cheque or money order, you will receive a cheque from Prema Sai Wholistic Living for the full applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received. If you prefer a store credit you will be informed and the store credit will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
