Clinic Policies

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment start time.

Appointments may be cancelled by calling (403) 243-4040 at least 24 hours in advance. Please be advised of our cancellation policies as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be billed 50% of the total cost of the treatment.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late for your treatment, your appointment will end at the same time it would have if you were on time, so be early and have some tea!

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments, without notice of cancellation will be billed 100% of total treatment cost.
